Emily serves as the Studio Director for clubhaus and handles all things client related. She originally requested her title be "The Face," but was voted down on that one. You may wonder, how does a former waitress gone social worker end up as a partner in a design studio? It's a complicated answer that should be left unasked because Emily will talk your ear off about the journey.

She has an ability to connect with people that is unmatched and spot on perception for conceptual ideas. In just a few minutes, she clearly understands and communicates back to the creative team what it is that you are looking for. She has a deep appreciation for beautiful things and will not sell you on something you don't need. She will answer your calls, emails, and letters, and she'll meet you for coffee and hope you want a dessert as well. Basically, she's like "The Face" of clubhaus.

Joe "call me Dawson" hails from the great hand state of Michigan. Way back in 1998 he started learning HTML by coding Sailor Moon fan sites. Seriously. Lucky for him he grew out of that phase rather quickly and at the turn of the century relocated to Chicago where he's been bouncing around from neighborhood to neighborhood ever since. Whether out shopping or designing a website, as an avid minimalist he's always asking "Do we really need that?" which is a good thing, it helps keep our work clean and to the point.

One thing you do need to know is that he's always up for Chipotle, even if it's day five of the stuff. When he's not coding, designing or snacking on veggie tacos he enjoys listening to the latest pop tunes, baking brownies, scootering around town, organizing, cleaning and catching up on Stargate.

Passionate. Pragmatic. Meticulous. Alex, our resident photographer strives for beauty and organization in all that surounds him. He often gets new ideas and inspiration from European home decor magazines. Monthly you will find him obsessively tweaking his home environment to find the perfect placement of plants, artwork and furniture in response to a new inspiration. His friends think he's a little nuts.

Get Alex in a kitchen and he shines. It's how he blows off steam... well, that and singing and dancing around like a fool. He has been known to drive his coworkers crazy doing his unique renditions to popular songs on the radio. It makes him giggle, that's what's important. Right? Right!
